We at Shreeraj are always in hunt for the best available technology in the market. Perhaps that is the reason why we can handle any kind of input received from the client in any file format.Our Latest Digital Pre-Press Section uses specialized designing and
planning softwares to meet gravure printing requirements. Highly experienced and foreign trained professionals work religiously on color calibrated monitors for optimum halftone results. Exclusively designed softwares are used for making wall papers, woodgrain and textured design cylinders.
All the quality tasks are accomplished using latest Apple Macintosh computers, IBM's Scanner, All transferable media drives and Digital Cromalin (Printers) with independent RIP capable of giving true calibrated results similar to gravure inks and can print upto 17 x 80 inches seamless. Calibration of Monitor to Digital Proof and Cylinder Proof is done periodically.
Since the inputs from the customers are in various formats like artwork, bromide, transparency and digital shoots, we have made elaborate efforts to ensure that our capable staff helps for speedy and accurate execution of jobs.
New Imported Galvanic Line
DEGREASING TANKS : To Clean & Degrease the cylinders before each plating process to ensure
better quality.
NICKLE TANKS : Nickle Plating is done to ensure better in-between MS Base shell and the Copper Plating.
COPPER TANKS : Fully automatic and PLC Controlled Copper Plating Line had been installed for accurate plating over the cylinder. All chemicals and copper nuggets are regularly imported from abroad. The purest chemistry helps us to achieve :
- 100 micron layer in 35 minutes.
- Copper Hardness 190-210HV
- Best copper structure to achieve accurate ductility.
- Controlled electrolyte flow respectively wash down on anode sludge.
For maintenance of this standard we have our own in-house LAB where samples are checked on regular basis.
Post degreasing operation, the dynamically balanced base shells are immersed in a formulated nickel solution. This primary layer ensures affinity to copper plating, which is the next stage in this galvanic process.
